What you’ll do:

  • Build & manage a large client and agency portfolio

  • Attend weekly meetings/presentations with agencies to discuss client schedules

  • Successfully achieve our predefined sales objectives, and maintain sales forecast in an accurate and comprehensive manner

  • Achieve sales targets

  • Hire and structure an expanding sales team in the US (and eventually around the world)

  • Understand what it takes to lead a global sales team and equip them to sell new and existing offerings to our target audience

  • Work cross-functionally to align several stakeholders and teams, particularly with Sales, Marketing, Accounts, and Operations

Who you are:

  • Minimum 7 years sales experience in online media

  • You have an exceptional track record of prospecting and selling advertising solutions in the digital media landscape

  • You are extremely well connected and have a great reputation within all the major advertising agencies in the US (especially candidates with a deep penetration in one of the top 4 or 5 top holding companies especially Dentsu Inc., but also WPP, Omnicom, IPG, Havas, Publicis, etc)

  • Persuasive qualities and a tenacious approach

  • Hardworking, organized, and possess a can-do attitude

  • Solution orientated and the ability to think ‘big picture’

  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of ad-serving

  • You have a proven track record of winning large accounts

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • An excellent communicator and can inspire teams

  • Very good spoken and written English

  • Ability to resolve queries efficiently, to multitask, and communicate across teams

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Analytical approach and great at executing strategy

  • Desire to work and learn at a startup environment
