Alyssa Simon serves as Executive Vice President, Operations & Enablement at GlassView, where she focuses on building the operating structure and governance that support the company’s growth at scale. Alyssa began her career at GlassView as a founding member of the North American Commercial team, developing deep experience in B2B commercial strategy and client engagement. She later transitioned into revenue operations, where she built and scaled the systems, processes, and infrastructure that underpin GlassView’s go-to-market and operating model.
Today, Alyssa works closely with company leadership to translate strategy into execution - overseeing operating cadence and governance, revenue operations and CRM infrastructure, financial planning and analysis, performance reporting, and cross-functional process. Her work centers on ensuring the right systems and information are in place to support alignment, accountability, and sound decision-making across the organization.
Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Columbia University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with her family, and rooting for the New York Mets.
